We help people  improve their fitness and wellbeing, and to manage their symptoms, stay at work or get back to work when ready, following a long term illness or condition.

Through our team of health professionals, we work with individuals with health conditions such as cancer, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, diabetes, heart disease, stroke, neurological conditions such as MS  and common mental health problems to take control of their health and get more out of life.


We also work with organisations to plan and deliver approaches to support people with their health.  This ranges from preventative wellbeing programmes to individual support for people recovering from illness and supporting managers when someone returns to work following long term absence.

Our training  programmes include health behavioural change training to health professionals, health coaches and managers.
